UPSC CDS 1 Final Result 2026 Declared
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2026 Final Result on November 2, 2026. This result is for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).
A total of 243 candidates have successfully qualified for admission based on their performance in the written examination and the subsequent SSB interviews. The merit list, containing the names and roll numbers of the selected candidates, is available in PDF format on the official UPSC website. Candidates can check their selection status by searching for their roll numbers in the downloaded PDF.
The CDS 1 2026 written exam was conducted on April 12, 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 451 vacancies across various defence forces. Out of the 243 qualified candidates, 155 are for IMA, 63 for INA, and 25 for AFA. Marks of candidates who appeared for the exam will be released after the final result for the Officers' Training Academy (OTA) course of CDS 1 2026 is declared.
