UPSC CDS I Final Result 2026 Declared
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the final results for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) I Examination 2026. Candidates who participated in the written examination and subsequently attended the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview can now verify their selection status. The final merit list has been compiled based on the combined performance of candidates in both the written exam and the SSB interview.
A total of 155 candidates have been recommended for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), 63 for the Indian Naval Academy (INA), and 25 for the Air Force Academy (AFA). This brings the total number of recommended candidates across these three defence academies to 243. It is important to note that medical examination results were not considered in the preparation of this final merit list. All selections remain provisional, pending successful verification of candidates' date of birth and educational qualifications by the relevant authorities.
Individual marks for candidates will be made available on the UPSC website after the declaration of the final result for the Officers' Training Academy (OTA) course. The CDS I written examination was conducted on April 12, 2026. Following the written exam, 2,601 candidates qualified for IMA, 770 for INA, and 610 for AFA, proceeding to the SSB interview stage.

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) ने संयुक्त रक्षा सेवा (सीडीएस) I परीक्षा 2026 के अंतिम परिणाम घोषित कर दिए हैं। वे उम्मीदवार जो लिखित परीक्षा में शामिल हुए थे और उसके बाद सेवा चयन बोर्ड (एसएसबी) साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित हुए थे, अब अपनी चयन स्थिति की जांच कर सकते हैं। अंतिम मेरिट सूची लिखित परीक्षा और एसएसबी साक्षात्कार दोनों चरणों में उम्मीदवारों के संयुक्त प्रदर्शन के आधार पर तैयार की गई है।
भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी (आईएमए) में प्रवेश के लिए कुल 155 उम्मीदवारों की सिफारिश की गई है, जबकि भारतीय नौसेना अकादमी (आईएनए) के लिए 63 उम्मीदवारों और वायु सेना अकादमी (एएफए) के लिए 25 उम्मीदवारों ने अर्हता प्राप्त की है। इससे इन तीनों रक्षा अकादमियों के लिए अनुशंसित उम्मीदवारों की कुल संख्या 243 हो गई है। यह ध्यान रखना महत्वपूर्ण है कि अंतिम मेरिट सूची तैयार करते समय चिकित्सा परीक्षा परिणामों पर विचार नहीं किया गया है। सभी चयन अनंतिम हैं, संबंधित अधिकारियों द्वारा उम्मीदवारों की जन्मतिथि और शैक्षणिक योग्यता के सफल सत्यापन के अधीन हैं।
अधिकारियों के प्रशिक्षण अकादमी (ओटीए) पाठ्यक्रम के अंतिम परिणाम की घोषणा के बाद उम्मीदवारों के व्यक्तिगत अंक यूपीएससी की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। सीडीएस I लिखित परीक्षा 12 अप्रैल, 2026 को आयोजित की गई थी। लिखित परीक्षा के बाद, आईएमए के लिए 2,601 उम्मीदवारों, आईएनए के लिए 770 और एएफए के लिए 610 उम्मीदवारों ने एसएसबी साक्षात्कार चरण के लिए अर्हता प्राप्त की थी।
