CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys and question papers with recorded responses for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 examination. This exam was conducted on 17 and 18 July 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across 224 cities, with 1,87,739 registered candidates participating.
Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their provisional answer keys and recorded responses on the official NTA CSIR NET website. This is a crucial step for candidates to review their performance and identify any discrepancies in the provisional answers provided by the NTA.
If you are not satisfied with any provisional answer, you have the opportunity to challenge it. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200 per question challenged is required. The challenge window is open from August 16, 2026, to August 18, 2026 (up to 11:00 PM). Payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
It is important to note that challenges will only be entertained if the processing fee is paid. A panel of subject experts will verify all submitted challenges. If a challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised, and the final result will be declared based on this revised key. No individual communication will be sent regarding the acceptance or rejection of challenges. Therefore, candidates must act within the specified timeline if they wish to raise an objection.
