Bihar UGMAC Round 3 Counselling 2026: Key Dates & Registration Guide
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the schedule for Round 3 of the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026. This round is a crucial chance for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who either missed out on seats in previous rounds or aim to upgrade to a better college. Round 3 offers seats in MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH programs across government and private institutions in Bihar. With registration opening on October 3 and a strict timeline, candidates must act swiftly to complete all necessary steps before the deadlines.
This third and possibly final phase of state-quota counselling is exclusively for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates who meet Bihar's domicile requirements. It includes seats in MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses from both government and private colleges. Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 or 2 but did not join, or wish to resign for a better option, are eligible. Those already admitted can submit a consent form for an upgrade. The updated seat matrix, detailing available vacancies, was released on September 30, 2026, on the BCECEB portal.
The counselling process demands strict adherence to its timeline. Missing any deadline will lead to disqualification. The registration window is from October 3 to October 6, 2026. During this period, candidates must also complete fee payment and consent form submission. The UGMAC Rank Card will be available on October 6, 2026. Choice filling and locking must be done by October 7, 2026. Provisional seat allotment results will be declared on October 11, with allotment order downloads available until October 14. Document verification and final admission at the allotted college are scheduled for October 13 and 14, 2026.

Log in with your existing UGMAC credentials, fill the application form accurately, and pay the counselling fee online. Download your UGMAC Rank Card on October 6, then fill and lock your college and course preferences by October 7. The system will automatically lock choices at the deadline, so timely completion is essential.
