NEET UG AIQ Counselling 2026: Round 2, 3 & Stray Vacancy Schedule Released

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the detailed schedule for NEET UG All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for the academic year 2026. This schedule covers Rounds 2, 3, and the Online Stray Vacancy Round for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing courses in 15% AIQ, 100% Deemed/Central Universities, AFMC, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions.

Candidates who participated in NEET UG 2026 and are seeking admission to these prestigious medical and dental colleges must carefully review the updated counselling dates. Missing any deadline for registration, choice filling, or reporting can lead to forfeiture of your seat.

Round 2 registration and payment will be open from September 3 to September 8, 2026, with choice filling and locking concluding on September 9, 2026. The seat allotment result for Round 2 will be declared on September 11, 2026, followed by reporting to allotted institutes from September 12 to September 18, 2026.

For Round 3, registration and payment will take place from September 22 to September 27, 2026, and choice filling will be available until September 28, 2026. The Round 3 seat allotment result is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with reporting from October 1 to October 9, 2026.

Finally, the Online Stray Vacancy Round registration will be from October 12 to October 14, 2026, with choice filling until October 15, 2026. The result for this round will be out on October 17, 2026, and reporting to colleges will be from October 19 to October 26, 2026. All participating institutes are directed to consider all days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Holidays, as working days to ensure timely completion of the counselling process.
