NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling Revised Schedule Released
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released a revised schedule for NEET UG 2026 Round 1 counselling. According to the revised schedule, the counselling for the All India Quota, Deemed, and Central Universities will now be conducted from August 4, 2026, to August 21, 2026. The last date for joining for Round 1 under AIQ is August 31, 2026. For State Counselling, the dates are set from September 1, 2026, to September 13, 2026, with the last date for joining being September 5, 2026.
It is important to note that all participating institutes and colleges have been directed to treat Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Holidays as working days to ensure the timely completion of the counselling process. This emphasizes the strict adherence to the new timeline. Candidates are advised to keep all necessary documents ready for verification and to regularly check the official MCC and respective State Counselling Authority websites for further updates and specific instructions.
