UGMAC 2026 Round 2 Counselling: Registration and Choice Filling Begins
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the commencement of online registration and choice filling for Round 2 of the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC)-2026. This counselling is for admission to MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H., and B.F.Sc. courses in Government and Private Medical, Dental, Veterinary, and Fisheries Colleges across Bihar.
Candidates who qualified NEET(UG)-2026 and have not yet submitted their application through previous advertisements (BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/01 & 2026/02 dated 07.08.2026) are eligible to register and fill choices. Additionally, candidates who participated in Round 1 counselling can also edit their choices or apply afresh under specific conditions.
Important updates include the addition of new Government Medical Colleges: Sriram Janki Medical College & Hospital, Samastipur, and Govt. Medical College, Chapra (Saran), along with Kurma Sanskriti Medical College & Hospital, Kurma, Jehanabad, and some additional seats in other private medical colleges. An updated seat matrix is available on the Board's website. Candidates are advised to review the updated seat matrix before filling or editing their choices.
Freeze candidates from Round 1 who wish to participate in Round 2 must give their consent by logging into their account. Float candidates and those who resigned or withdrew from Round 1 can also participate, with specific rules regarding choice editing and application form data modification. Any additional fee payment due to editing application data must be paid afresh, with previous payments being refunded.
