NTA CISO Recruitment 2026: Apply for General Manager (Information Security)
The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has announced a recruitment drive for the position of General Manager - Information Security, designated as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is a critical role aimed at strengthening NTA's cyber-security capabilities in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and other relevant guidelines. The CISO will be responsible for the overall security posture of all NTA systems, applications, networks, data, and digital workflows, covering candidate portals, application platforms, fee payment, admit cards, and computer-based testing systems. Given NTA's role in conducting major examinations like JEE (Main), NEET (UG), and CUET, the cyber-security of its digital ecosystem, which holds personal data of crores of candidates, is paramount. This contractual engagement is initially for a period of three years, with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
