BPSSC Police Sub-Inspector PET: Important Notice Released
The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released a crucial notice regarding the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), E-Admit Card, and Document Verification for various posts, including Police Sub-Inspector (Advt. No. 05/2025), Adhinayak Lipik (Advt. No. 01/2026), and Adhinayak Lipik in Home Guard (Advt. No. 02/2026). This notice is vital for all candidates who have qualified the written examination and are awaiting the next stage of the selection process.
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for these advertisements is scheduled to be held in Patna during September/October 2026. Candidates must ensure they are fully prepared for the physical tests. The e-admit cards for the PET will be available for download from the official BPSSC website (bpssc.bihar.gov.in) starting September 8, 2026. Candidates for Police Sub-Inspector (Advt. No. 05/2025) should download their admit cards from the 'Bihar Police' tab, while candidates for Advt. No. 01/2026 and 02/2026 should use the 'Homeguard' tab.
If any candidate is unable to download their e-admit card from the website, they can obtain a duplicate admit card in person. This can be done on September 15, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from the BPSSC office located at 5, Harding Road, Patna-800001. To do so, candidates must bring a photocopy of their application receipt and a valid photo ID. It is mandatory for all successful candidates to participate in the PET and subsequent document verification on the specified date. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification, and no second opportunity or extension will be granted.
During the PET, candidates must bring their admit card, a photocopy of their online application receipt, and a set of original documents along with one set of photocopies for verification. This includes a valid photo ID, educational qualification certificates (Intermediate or equivalent for Advt. 01/2026 & 02/2026; Graduation or equivalent for Advt. 05/2025), matriculation certificate for date of birth, caste certificate (if applicable, issued based on father's address for women), non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable, issued based on father's address for women), Bihar domicile certificate (for reserved categories), EWS certificate (for FY 2024-2025, if applicable), freedom fighter descendant certificate (if applicable), Bihar Government employee certificate (if applicable, for those with 3 years of regular service), PPO and Discharge Book for ex-servicemen, and transgender certificate (if applicable, with Bihar domicile). Ensure all documents are in the prescribed format to avoid any issues during verification.

PET के दौरान, उम्मीदवारों को अपना प्रवेश पत्र, ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की पावती की फोटोकॉपी, और मूल प्रमाण पत्रों का एक सेट तथा उनकी एक सेट फोटोकॉपी सत्यापन के लिए लानी होगी। इसमें एक वैध फोटो पहचान पत्र, शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र (विज्ञापन 01/2026 और 02/2026 के लिए इंटरमीडिएट या समकक्ष; विज्ञापन 05/2025 के लिए स्नातक या समकक्ष), जन्म तिथि के लिए मैट्रिक प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो, महिलाओं के लिए पिता के पते के आधार पर जारी), क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो, महिलाओं के लिए पिता के पते के आधार पर जारी), बिहार अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र (आरक्षित श्रेणियों के लिए), EWS प्रमाण पत्र (वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-2025 के लिए, यदि लागू हो), स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के वंशज का प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो), बिहार सरकार के कर्मचारी का प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो, नियमित सेवा के 3 साल पूरे करने वालों के लिए), भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए PPO और डिस्चार्ज बुक, और ट्रांसजेंडर प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो, बिहार अधिवास के साथ) शामिल हैं। सत्यापन के दौरान किसी भी समस्या से बचने के लिए सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी दस्तावेज निर्धारित प्रारूप में हों।
