BPSSC Clarifies on SI Mains Exam Paper Leak Rumours
The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued an important notice regarding the main written examination for the appointment of Sub-Inspectors (Advt. No.-05/2025) in Bihar Police. The Commission has addressed concerns raised on social media about alleged paper leaks.
BPSSC has clarified that the examination was conducted fairly and without malpractice across the entire state. The rumours of a paper leak are based on isolated incidents in two districts where invigilators/staff illegally photographed inappropriate question booklets and circulated them on social media. These incidents are being used by elements with economic/political vested interests to spread misleading news about a widespread paper leak.
The Commission states that criminal cases have been registered in both incidents, and some individuals involved have been identified and sent to jail. Any candidates found to be involved in these criminal activities will be disqualified from the examination and face legal action. BPSSC has not received any complaints of question papers leaking before the start of the examination or widespread malpractice from anywhere in the state.
Therefore, the Commission assures candidates that the examination results will be published in due course. Candidates are advised to disregard misleading propaganda and negative speculations, and instead focus on preparing for the next stage of the competitive examination and other upcoming exams. The BPSSC reiterates its commitment to the welfare of the candidates.

बिहार पुलिस अवर सेवा आयोग (बीपीएसएससी) ने बिहार पुलिस में पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक (विज्ञापन संख्या-05/2025) की नियुक्ति हेतु मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की है। आयोग ने सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित कथित पेपर लीक की अफवाहों पर चिंता व्यक्त की है।
बीपीएसएससी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि पूरे राज्य में परीक्षा स्वच्छ और कदाचार मुक्त तरीके से संपन्न हुई है। पेपर लीक की अफवाहें दो जिलों में हुई अलग-अलग घटनाओं पर आधारित हैं, जहाँ वीक्षकों/कर्मचारियों ने अनुचित प्रश्न पुस्तिकाओं की अवैध रूप से तस्वीरें लीं और उन्हें सोशल मीडिया पर प्रसारित किया। इन घटनाओं का उपयोग आर्थिक/राजनीतिक निहित स्वार्थ वाले तत्वों द्वारा व्यापक पेपर लीक के बारे में भ्रामक खबरें फैलाने के लिए किया जा रहा है।
आयोग का कहना है कि दोनों घटनाओं में आपराधिक मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं, और इसमें शामिल कुछ व्यक्तियों की पहचान कर उन्हें जेल भेजा जा चुका है। जिन अभ्यर्थियों की इस आपराधिक मामले में मिलीभगत पाई जाएगी, उन्हें परीक्षा से अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा और उनके खिलाफ भी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। बीपीएसएससी को राज्य में कहीं से भी परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले प्रश्न पत्र लीक होने या बड़े पैमाने पर कदाचार की कोई शिकायत नहीं मिली है।
इसलिए, आयोग उम्मीदवारों को आश्वस्त करता है कि परीक्षा परिणाम यथासमय प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे भ्रामक प्रचार और नकारात्मक आशंकाओं से बचें, और इसके बजाय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के अगले चरण और अन्य आगामी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें। बीपीएसएससी उम्मीदवारों के हित के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराता है।
