BPSSC SI Recruitment 05/2025: Important Notice for Photo and Signature Correction
The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released an important notice regarding discrepancies found in the application forms for Police Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment under Advertisement No. 05/2025. Many candidates have submitted online applications with unclear photos and/or illegible Hindi and English signatures. The commission has published a list of such candidates, which is available in the official notice.
All affected candidates are strictly instructed to re-upload their photo and signatures (both Hindi and English) with the prescribed quality. This is a final opportunity for correction. Candidates must log in to the BPSSC website at bpssc.bihar.gov.in, navigate to the 'Bihar Police' tab, and use the provided link to upload the correct documents. The re-upload window is open from November 26, 2025, to December 03, 2025.
The BPSSC has made it clear that after this deadline, if any discrepancies are still found in the online application form, the candidate will be held responsible, and their application will be cancelled without any further notice. It is crucial for all listed candidates to act promptly and ensure their application details are accurate to avoid rejection.

बिहार पुलिस अधीनस्थ सेवा आयोग (बीपीएसएससी) ने विज्ञापन संख्या 05/2025 के तहत पुलिस अवर निरीक्षक (एसआई) भर्ती के आवेदन पत्रों में पाई गई विसंगतियों के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की है। कई उम्मीदवारों ने ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अस्पष्ट फोटो और/या अपठनीय हिंदी और अंग्रेजी हस्ताक्षर जमा किए हैं। आयोग ने ऐसे उम्मीदवारों की सूची आधिकारिक सूचना में प्रकाशित की है।
सभी प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों को कड़े निर्देश दिए जाते हैं कि वे निर्धारित गुणवत्ता के फोटो और हस्ताक्षर (हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों) को फिर से अपलोड करें। यह सुधार का अंतिम अवसर है। उम्मीदवारों को बीपीएसएससी की वेबसाइट bpssc.bihar.gov.in पर लॉग इन करना होगा, 'बिहार पुलिस' टैब पर जाना होगा और सही दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के लिए दिए गए लिंक का उपयोग करना होगा। पुनः अपलोड करने की विंडो 26 नवंबर 2025 से 03 दिसंबर 2025 तक खुली है।
बीपीएसएससी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस समय सीमा के बाद, यदि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में कोई विसंगति पाई जाती है, तो उम्मीदवार को जिम्मेदार ठहराया जाएगा और उनका आवेदन बिना किसी सूचना के रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। सभी सूचीबद्ध उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि वे तुरंत कार्रवाई करें और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके आवेदन विवरण सटीक हैं ताकि अस्वीकृति से बचा जा सके।
