NTA Invites Quotations for Hotel Empanelment in New Delhi
The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is establishing a new office in the Minto Road area of New Delhi. To accommodate its outstation officials, examination observers, City Coordinators, Governing Body/Committee members, resource persons, and other official visitors, NTA is seeking to empanel a list of suitable hotels in the vicinity.
This Notice Inviting Quotation (NIQ) is for hotels interested in providing accommodation services to NTA on an as-and-when-required basis. Empanelled hotels will offer room accommodation, either room-only or room-with-breakfast, at rates finalized through this process. Additionally, hotels may be requested to provide conference/meeting room facilities and airport/railway station pick-up services at mutually agreed additional rates.
Interested hotels must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being located within a 3-5 km radius of Minto Road, having a minimum 3-star category with at least 20 rooms available for empanelment, and possessing valid registrations and licenses such as GST, Fire Safety NOC, and FSSAI (if applicable). Hotels must also have a minimum of 2-3 years of continuous operation and should not have been blacklisted by any government entity. Applications must be submitted via email only, with separate technical and financial bids, by October 8, 2026, 3:00 PM.
