UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Mains Result 2026 Declared
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results for the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2026 on July 20, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Mains exam on June 20 and 21, 2026, can now check if their roll number is on the list of qualified candidates for the Interview/Personality Test stage. This is a crucial step towards final selection for various Group 'A' posts in the Geological Survey of India and other departments.
Those whose roll numbers are listed have successfully cleared the written Mains examination and are now eligible for the next stage of the selection process. The Interview/Personality Test dates will be announced separately by UPSC. It is important for all qualified candidates to keep an eye on the official UPSC website for further updates regarding the interview schedule and admit cards.
The final result, which will determine the ultimate selection, will be based on the combined performance in both the Mains examination and the Interview/Personality Test. Mark sheets for the Mains exam will be made available on the UPSC website approximately 15 days after the declaration of the final result and will remain accessible for 30 days. Candidates are advised to download and save their result PDF for future reference.
