PM Kisan 24th Instalment 2026: Get ₹2,000 on 30 October
The Government of India has confirmed that the 24th instalment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be released on 30 October 2026. Under this scheme, eligible farmers will receive ₹2,000 directly in their bank accounts. However, not all farmers will receive this amount. Those with pending e-KYC, Aadhaar linking, or land verification may experience payment delays or even non-receipt.
The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, launched in February 2019, aims to provide financial assistance to landholding farmer families across India. An annual amount of ₹6,000 is transferred in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 each (April–July, August–November, and December–March) directly into farmers' bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). This scheme helps farmers cover agricultural expenses such as seeds, fertilisers, and other farming requirements. The government has extended the scheme for the 2026–27 to 2030–31 period, with a total financial outlay of ₹3.15 lakh crore.
It is crucial for all farmers to verify their eligibility. Even if you have received previous instalments, it is advisable to check your current beneficiary status. Payments may be withheld if verification issues or suspected eligibility violations are identified by the Central and State Governments. Ensure your land ownership details are correctly recorded, Aadhaar is linked, and e-KYC is completed to avoid any payment disruptions.
