Bihar STET 2026 Exam Rescheduled: New Dates and Admit Card Details
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced a significant change to the Bihar STET 2026 examination schedule. The exam, which was originally slated for November 4, 2026, has been postponed and will now be conducted on November 21, 2026. This rescheduling was necessary to avoid conflicts with other major examinations, specifically those organized by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).
Candidates who were preparing for the November 4 exam should note this change carefully. The revised admit cards for the rescheduled examination will be made available for download on the official website from October 24, 2026. It is crucial for all affected candidates to download their new admit cards as the old ones will not be valid for the rescheduled date. The overall Bihar STET 2026 examination period runs from October 25 to November 20, 2026, with this specific date being adjusted.
Ensure you visit the official STET registration portal to download your updated admit card and stay informed about any further announcements. Timely download of the revised admit card is essential to avoid any last-minute issues on the examination day. Candidates from outside Bihar should remember they are treated as General category male candidates for age relaxation, qualifying marks, and fee concessions, regardless of their original category.
