BPSC 71st Mains Result 2026 Declared
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the results for the 71st Combined Main Competitive Examination. A total of 3,392 candidates have successfully qualified for the next stage, which is the interview process. Candidates who appeared for the Mains exam can now check their results by downloading the PDF from the official BPSC website, bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
To check your result, visit the official BPSC website, locate the result link for the 71st Mains, and download the PDF. You can then search for your roll number within the document to ascertain your qualifying status. It is advisable to save a copy of the result for future reference.
The 71st Combined Main Competitive Examination was conducted from April 25 to April 30, 2026. Following the interviews, the final merit list will be released. Previously, the PT exam results were declared on November 18, 2025, where 14,261 candidates qualified. Of these, 13,368 were for the 71st Combined Competitive Examination and 893 for the Financial Administrative Officer post, all of whom proceeded to the Mains examination.
This recruitment drive aims to fill various posts across the Bihar government, including 100 Senior Deputy Collector, 79 Financial Administrative Officer, 10 Labour Superintendent, 3 Sub-Registrar, 17 Sugar Cane Officer, 502 Block Cooperative Officer, 22 Block Panchayati Raj Officer, 13 Block Scheduled Caste Welfare Officer, 45 Revenue Officer, and 459 Block Minority Welfare Officer positions. Qualified candidates should now focus on preparing for the interview stage, which is crucial for final selection.
